Today marked our last glorious day together. Today we stuck close to home to give monkey a taste of some local flavor!First we hit our favorite local beach! Monkey loved this view of the marina!

and looked off toward the vineyard which is just behind the water but too hazy to see today
As luck would have it, today was the Falmouth Craft Fair! An outdoor day of local handmade items and fun sidewalk sales. We try to make it every year!
Monkey loved the nice folks at Soft as a Grape! They asked him a ton of questions and said they could tell he was Canadian from his accent. They even gave him a balloon which he graciously accepted!
We picked up a ginormous bag of kettle corn and some cranberry jam
Then off to lunch at the Quarterdeck! It has been in town for 35 years and I have never been there! It was really good!
Monkey perused the drink list and decided on this!

Back to Na Na and Monka's for some last minute fun and photo ops! These flowers are called dinner plate dahlias - aren't they amazing?

Monkey driving off into the sunset.... I think he had fun with us, I hope so! We'll miss him a lot and hope he can come again for another visit someday!
Tomorrow he leaves for NJ!! Safe travels little monkey, until we meet again :) xo, Brie

I have loved reading Monkey's adventures around the Cape. That Monkey - I'm so jealous of him! :)
