Monkey Celebrates the Fourth of July!

Monkey may be a Canadian, but he sure knows how to do it up right on Independence Day!

We had a very busy and fun filled day....

Monkey was very helpful and assisted Monka and the girls getting the house and yard all pretty and decorated.

Next up was the neighborhood parade. Monkey was the perfect grand marshall :) and he was particularly in love with my apron because his mom made it!!! Isn't it awesome?

Next up was a party for 20 people. Monkey was the perfect host. He welcomed everyone at the door and was quick to refill any empty drinks

Monka taught him how to make his signature drink called Monka's Sweet Sweet Lemonade - Monkey loved these and even had his own Cape Cod glass

Things started to get a little out of hand when monkey kept setting off confetti cannons so we decided it was time to move this party to the beach!

Time to head to the beach for some fireworks! The weather called for rain, but we find when monkey's around the temperature is always a perfect 70 degrees and sunny!

Monkey loved the fireworks, the town of Falmouth put on a great display!

What a terrific day we all had! Monkey is still in bed (it's 2pm) no doubt gearing up for our big trip to Martha's Vineyard on Monday. We'll be back with details soon! xo, Brie
