These are busy times here in Beantown! We got home from swimming camp yesterday to find a big brown box delivered by the man in brown socks at our door! I had purposely not told Madigan about Monkey until I knew we were his next stop. She is over the moon about him already! He had a nice afternoon hanging out with us in the backyard, but he could not go swimming because we could hear thunder in the distance and did not want to risk his life. 
Monkey needed a nap after his day of traveling, so he pulled up a great spot on the couch and relaxing for a while. Then it was game time. The Lakers versus the Celtics in Game 6. Who would have thought Monkey was such a huge Celtics fan!!! He wanted to be close to all the action, so he sat right in front of the tv!!

I had a monkey like that when I was a child, loved it. My grandparents bought my sister and I one at the local city market. That was a long time ago and this is the first one I have seen in a long time. I'm sure Madigan will enjoy.
